Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced digital marketing strategies on Facebook, Google and TikTok platforms to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, bidding, and creative optimization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and others, ensuring effective utilization of each platform’s features.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Plan and execute various campaign types, including search, display, social media, video, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, ensuring they align with campaign goals and best practices for each platform.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, providing updates on campaign progress, results, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to advertising regulations, data privacy laws, and platform-specific policies.
  • Analyze and write detailed reports on new and improved marketing campaigns available on the various platforms.
  • Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights, to demonstrate the impact of digital media efforts.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during campaign execution promptly.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their growth and development.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, track performance, and make data-driven decisions for campaign improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of cumulative experience in digital marketing
  • Sharp and innovative thinker with the ability to solve complex problems creatively.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Keen eye for detail is essential to ensure that all digital media assets are error-free and visually appealing.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Mastery of various campaign types, including search, display, video, and social media ads on both Facebook, Google, and Tiktok platforms.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various teams and articulate creative ideas.
