Project Manager IT  

As an IT Project Manager at CyPrep, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing IT projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and in alignment with our clients’ objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Technological Innovation: driving the IT strategy, with a focus on digital transformation and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive process harmonization strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and integrating best practices in SAP processes across different departments and entities across the company.
  • Lead all aspects of S4 HANA readiness project from initiation through to successful delivery, including managing timeline, and working with project teams across the company.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, procedures and best practices to ensure effective project delivery
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget. Communicate updates, risks and other key information relating to projects to all stakeholders, including senior executives and project teams.
  • Ensure all project deliverables conform to organizational standards, quality and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in complex SAP implementation projects, including experience with process harmonization.
  • PMP Certified or have thorough understanding of the PMBOK processes is a plus
  • Deep understanding of business processes is a necessity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in software development lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communicator.
